Mother n daughter's outing

Hah..last Saturday..adalah hari Raptai sukan sekolah2 PASTI seluruh Tawau...so awal pagi lagi kami 2 beranan bertolak ke Padang Bandaran.....cuaca agak mendung tapi raptai berjalan lancar....Acap ndak ikut sebab... tak leh nak kawal 2 orang sekali..so dia ikut  ayah ke sekolah yang kebetulan hari ini ada sekolah ganti...


After..rehearsal...kami jalan2 shopping round bandar..heheheh...banyak demand anak dara ku ni....seronok sekali sekala jalan ngan Kakak Illa...hehe..plang nanti pasti Acap jeles bilangnya..huhu..kompom..sampai menangis adik acap bila dia cerita ibu bawa shopping..hahahha...

Roti Jala

            Hujung minggu memang time bersama famili...bermula dengan breakfast yang spesel sikit heheh....kalu hari2 nasi goreng..mee goreng...so weekend jak mesti menu yang lain dari hari-hari biasa..so mo dijadikan cerita...hari jumaat tadi kat sekolah..kak Nana ada bawa kari ayam...sodapppp...kuahnya pekat..kaw2 punya...so dia bagi resepi...malam sabtu masak kari ayam..fuh..memang power....so tgok2 leftover ada lagi...datanglah idea mo buat roti jala....


      First buat setengah kilo...lepas bancuh...tengok2 macam ndak cukup jak ni..tambah lagi...mau2 lah satu kilo hhahahah...siap jak...anak2 dah bangun sume....abang pon dah ready....apalagi ngap ramai2...mak pun ikut join...hahahhah..riuh satu meja...yang dalam pic tu yang ditinggalkan untuk adik yg belum bagun lagi...nasib baik ada sikit..hahah...fuh sedaplah kari tu..memang umphhh..Thanks Kak Nana for the resepi..heheh..next mo try ayam panggang pulak...tungguuuu......

Coming Back To work After Two Months Leave....

It's 11.30..I rushed home after fetching my kids at school...occupying both hands with some groceries bought  at Giant and my kids' bags ..I ushered them up the stairs...half screaming...i asked them to go into the bathroom ..thankfully kak Rohaya is here..helping me ...not forgetting my mom....after putting on their clothes...

I hurriedly took shower and  got myself ready for work...I took glance at my wrist watch it was  already 12.00 sharp...Farah needs to be fed...after 15 minutes..she was full...put her back in her cradle...while powdering my nose my 3rd child...pulled my skirt..."abuuu...fufu"..his way of saying "ibu mau susu"...but kak Rohaya was already at the door holding Abil's bottle...a sigh of relief came out of my mouth...."thanks kak"...I grabbed my bag...my tupperware bottle and rushed out....

Ila and Acap were waiting for saying goodbye...I kissed both of them and kissed my mom's hand. I walked hurriedly down the stairs and towards my car...my wrist watch was showing 25 minutes passed 12...ooooooooooo..I'm gonna be late.....Alhamdulillah I arrived exactly at 12.35 at school...phewww! a close encounter of arriving late at the first day...........I think I am an overwhelming mother but, I will try my best not to neglect my duties to my pupils also...its going to be hard...but I have to do it anyway...Madam Rafeah Bulih  hiihihi...

Almond Tart...

Hah...selepas cheese tart..fruit tart...mak terjumpa plak resepi ni dalam Majalah Saji.....tart ni exactly the same dengan almond tart yg di jual d Cheese Garden...



She told me she cannot sleep the other night after finding this recipe while looking through some old magazines...so the very next morning she gave it a try...Wa..lah...it taste good...so I told her ..kalau mo jual mak 60sen lah...besar sikit saiz ni...she was reluctant at first but eventually she agreed..heheh...my children like to eat this tart as much as the cheese tart....they like this even better they said...simply because of the topping lah...hehheh....

Her First "UKKU"

While I was putting on her clothes this morning... suddenly this came out from her mouth...... "ukkuuu"...followed by a big smile.....hurriedly I grabbed my cam and took her picture...hmm how time fly...it seems that only yesterday I delivered her...next week she will be 2 months already...


Taking care of little baby is never an easy job...feeding..nursing..waking up at night...there was this one time with my 2nd child.. I accidentally inserted the bottle nipple into his nose instead of his mouth...hahahha...Ya Allah.....so many crazy and funny incidents...I hope my aliesyah will blossom brightly...along with my 3 other todlers..Ibu love you all....

Kung Pao Chicken

The first time I've heard about this recipe is when I played cafe world in my fb..hehehe..but it takes almost 1 day to cook this dish in this game.....but whadaya know...in reality it's only take about 20-30 minutes..try it..


Bahan-bahan
quantiti ni saya main agak jerr..hah..pandai2lah yer..hehehe

Ayam
Bawang putih/besar/halia
Cili kering dalam 2-3 tangkai
Tepung Jagung
Sos tiram/Sos cili/kicap manis
Minyak bijan
Capsicum
Daun bawang besar
Kacang Gajus goreng

Method:
Nah..ready for kung pao..
*Gaul ayam with tepung jagung dan garam..goreng dan angkat (agak2lah 1/2 masak). Angkat keluar.
*Tumis bawang putih/besar/halia/cili kering sampai wangi.
*Masukkan ayam.Gaul.
*Masukkan sos tiram/sos cili/kicap manis (tambah air sedikit jika terlalu pekat)
*Masukkan capsicum/daun bawang/sedikit myk bijan
*Angkat dan taburkan gajus goreng..

This dish is best serve while its hot...cubalah....
